the Hotel, is beautiful, cozy and excellent. pity coz pandemia bar is closed. nice Lobby. Nurlan excellent 🥂

the location is excellent but the most beautiful thing is the staff especially Nourlin, we called him nour. this is an amazing person that offers support all the time.

First, it is in the old city, every resort is in foots. Breakfast was delicious. The staff is friendly and English spoken and eager to help, work efficiently.

Reception was very nice and helpful room was spacious and clean also bathroom was very clean it is located in old city near grocery stores and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to nizami street
